For over fifteen summer seasons, I've had the extraordinary privlege of making ny home at the family cottage in this "wonder ~ filled bay" ~ a place that fills my heart and expands my spirit.
For over twenty years I've had the honour of acting as a counselor, body worker & energy healer for women on their own healing journeys.
This summer season I am joyously combining these two "callings" by offering SpeciaL Healing ~ Relaxation
for Women on our Island in Bayfield Inlet from May ~ Oct.

Foot Reflexology
* soothing, foot soak with special detoxifying salts & nurturing essential oils.
* gentle, comforting pressure on special points in the feet allows your entire body to relax, de-toxify & re-energize

Hot Stone Therapy
* an acient healing art of First Nations Peoples
* special, smooth, oiled hot stones, placed under & on your body bring deeply comforting warmth & soothing energy, allowing tension & pain release.
* gentle pressure with warm stones on feet, hands, face & body brings deep relaxation.
* special energy techniques encourage balancing, unifying, & self-healing of body, emotions, mind & spirit.

Full Body Massage
* a gentle, deeply relaxing, meditative massage with healing essential oils.
* long, slow soothing strokes; gentle firm pressure on relazation points on feet, hands, head & body; respectful comforting energy techniques
* allows tension & stress release; brings a sense of serenity to the mind & body.

Energy Balancing
* a respectfulsafe enfusion of gentle nurturing energy through my hands into the major energy centres of the body
* allows your physical & emotional bodies to come into balance & self ~ heal

Energy Healing
